App-Based Programs



Whether you have a busy work schedule, travel a lot, or you’re a stay-at-home Mom, you NEED time for YOU!  This fitness program allows you to carry on your daily life while giving you a 30 minute workout to complete whenever and wherever you are!  All you have to do is download the FREE app: TrainerFu, and you will receive 3 workouts a week for 4 weeks!  Think of it as a personal trainer on your phone.  You don’t have to think or plan your workouts, I’ve done that part for you.

3 Training Program Options

  1. Square One:  This is a full-body, low intensity, all bodyweight workout program that brings you “back to basics.”  This program is designed to get you moving and finding your muscles again.  No prior exercise experience required.  This program is perfect for individuals new to working out, recovering from injury, pregnant/post partum, have weaker muscles/joints, and/or otherwise fairly sedentary.  Let’s get ready to move!
  2. Power Up:  This is a full-body, high-intensity, all bodyweight exercise program that incorporates movements at higher intensity that will challenge you mentally and physically.  Expect a lot of sweat as we include cardio in the forms of plyometrics and other fast paced movements.  You will never have the same workout twice and each workout will contain strength and cardio.
  3. Muscle Up:  This is my newest program and it incorporates weights!  This program is perfect for anyone with access to equipment (at home or in the gym).  These workouts will be full-body and also involve cardio.  Get ready to build lean muscle and get stronger!
